End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and CrossPair ("Developer", "we", "us") covering your use of the Android application CrossPair (the "App"). By installing, opening or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

CrossPair grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. The App is provided free of charge for personal use.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign or otherwise commercially exploit the App or access to it.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or reverse engineer any part of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice, copyright or trademark of CrossPair.
  • Use the App or its API in a way that abuses, overloads, scrapes at scale, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the service or the systems of third parties it reads from.
  • Use the App to break the law, to launder money, to manipulate markets, or to trade assets you are not lawfully permitted to trade in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

The App — including its source code, object code, architecture, user-interface design, graphics, logo and written content — is and remains the property of CrossPair and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. This Agreement grants you a licence to use the App; it does not transfer ownership of anything.

Third-party names and marks referenced in the App or on this website — including pump.fun, Solana, Solana Mobile, Jupiter, DexScreener, Birdeye, GeckoTerminal, QQQx, SPYx, AAPLx and USDC — belong to their respective owners. They are used descriptively to identify the data sources the App reads and the tokens it lists. Their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership, and CrossPair claims no rights in them.

4. Unofficial Tool; No Financial Advice

CrossPair is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by pump.fun, Solana Labs, Solana Mobile, Jupiter, DexScreener or any exchange, issuer or project named in the App or on this website.

Nothing in the App or on this website is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation, rating or endorsement of any token, pool or quote asset. CrossPair lists and routes; it does not advise. Information shown is assembled from third-party public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, mislabelled or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the App you acknowledge and accept that:

  • SOL and other digital assets are volatile. You can lose some or all of the value you put in.
  • Custom-pair pools are new. Liquidity can vanish without notice, a custom quote token can be worth far less than SOL, and a young pool can behave in ways nobody has seen before.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. CrossPair cannot cancel, reverse, refund or recover a transaction you approved in your wallet.
  • Network fees, slippage, price impact, failed transactions and MEV are ordinary features of on-chain trading and are your responsibility.
  • The App depends on third-party services and public APIs. They can change, rate-limit, or stop working, and the feed can be delayed or unavailable as a result.

6. Non-Custodial Operation

CrossPair is non-custodial. It never holds your funds, never holds your keys, and never takes custody of any asset. It has no ability to sign or send a transaction on your behalf: every swap is prepared as an unsigned transaction, presented to you, and signed only inside your own wallet application through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. You are solely responsible for the security of your device, your wallet and your seed phrase. CrossPair will never ask you for a private key or seed phrase, and anyone who does while claiming to represent CrossPair is attempting to defraud you.

7. Privacy and Data

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: the App has no accounts and collects no personal information; your watchlist is stored on your device; and a wallet address, if you connect one, is public blockchain data used only to fetch your balance and prepare a transaction you may choose to approve.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or secure, or that any data it displays is accurate or complete.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Your rights under this licence terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. On termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrossPair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, tokens or digital assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any trading loss, failed or mis-executed transaction, or reliance on data displayed by the App. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App (which is zero) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this Agreement removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
