CrossPair ("we", "us", "our") publishes the Android application CrossPair (the "App"). This page explains what the App does and does not do with data. It is written to describe the shipped build (v1.0.0) rather than a generic template, so the short version is this: the App has no accounts and collects no personal information from you.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App does not ask you to register, sign in with an email address, or provide a name, phone number or contact list. There is no account system to collect anything into.

  • No personal data requested. The App never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The app's own manifest declares only INTERNET, which it needs to load the token feed; its image-loading and wallet libraries add the standard ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and task-switch permissions. No location, contacts, storage, camera or advertising-ID access.
  • No analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. The shipped build bundles no third-party analytics, ad or telemetry library that reports your behaviour to us or to anyone else.
  • Wallet-derived public data (only if you connect a wallet). If you tap connect, your wallet app hands the App your public wallet address through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. The App uses that address to request your public on-chain balance and to build a swap transaction for you to approve. A wallet address is already public blockchain data; the App does not link it to an identity, and does not store it on our servers.
  • Device-local watchlist. The pairs you bookmark are stored in the App's own local storage on your device. The watchlist is never uploaded to us, is not attached to any account, and disappears when you uninstall the App or clear its app data. It keeps working while your wallet is disconnected.
  • Server request logs. The App fetches its feed, boards, search results and monitor status from the CrossPair API. Those requests carry no user identifier, account or wallet address, but like any web service our hosting provider may transiently record standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user-agent) in order to serve traffic and prevent abuse.

2. Use of Data

Because the App collects no personal data, there is very little to use. What is processed is used only to:

  • Serve the custom-pair feed, quote boards, search results and monitor status you asked for.
  • Fetch a swap quote and prepare an unsigned transaction when you request one.
  • Keep your watchlist and screen state on your own device.
  • Detect, prevent and address technical faults and abuse of the public API.

3. Data Transfer and Storage

We do not operate a user database, so there is no store of personal data to transfer. The App's data lives in two places: on your device (watchlist, cached feed, session state), and on the CrossPair API server as transient request logs and cached public market data. Market data the App shows is public information about tokens and pools, not information about you.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, rent or trade data about you, and we have none to disclose. We would only disclose information if we were legally compelled to, and only to the extent of what we actually hold — which, for a user of this App, is nothing beyond the transient request logs described above.

5. Security of Data

Traffic between the App and the CrossPair API is carried over HTTPS. Your private keys and seed phrase never leave your wallet app: CrossPair never receives them, never asks for them, and has no ability to sign anything on your behalf. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so treat any wallet you connect with the same care you would anywhere else.

6. Blockchain Transactions

CrossPair is non-custodial. Every swap is signed inside your own wallet app after you review and approve it, and is then submitted to the Solana network. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent: your wallet address, the amounts, the pools and the counterparties are visible to anyone who looks at the chain, and a confirmed transaction cannot be reversed or deleted. That permanence is a property of the blockchain, not something CrossPair controls.

7. Third-Party Services

To build the feed and the trade flow, the App and its API read public data from external services. These are data sources, not tracking partners — none of them receives an account, an email address or a wallet address from us.

  • pump.fun public APIs — token discovery lists and pool information (frontend-api-v3.pump.fun, swap-api.pump.fun).
  • DexScreener — pool, liquidity and price data (api.dexscreener.com).
  • Jupiter — token search and swap quotes and routing (lite-api.jup.ag, api.jup.ag).
  • Birdeye — the price chart shown on token detail pages (birdeye.so).
  • GeckoTerminal — supplementary pool data (api.geckoterminal.com).
  • Solana RPC — reading on-chain state and submitting the transaction you approved (api.mainnet-beta.solana.com).
  • Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter — the standard protocol the App uses to talk to the wallet app on your device. Your wallet app is chosen by you and is governed by its own developer's privacy policy.

This website additionally loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when you open these pages.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children. It is a market-data and trading tool for digital assets, which minors cannot lawfully use, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If the App's data practices change — for example if a future version adds an account system or crash reporting — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the "last updated" date at the top will change with it.
