1. Declaration of Ownership

CrossPair ("the Developer") declares that it is the creator, developer and owner of the Android application titled CrossPair, including the app's user-interface design, its brand assets (the CrossPair name, wordmark and pair-link logo mark), its original written content, and the CrossPair monitor service that assembles the custom-pair feed.

CrossPair does not claim ownership of any blockchain, token, pool, market data, protocol or trade mark belonging to a third party, and claims no rights over the public on-chain data it displays.

3. Trademark Information

"CrossPair" and the CrossPair pair-link logo are marks of the Developer. Unauthorised use that suggests endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship by CrossPair is prohibited.

Third-party names and marks referenced by the App or this website — including pump.fun, Solana, Solana Mobile, Jupiter, DexScreener, Birdeye, GeckoTerminal, QQQx, SPYx, AAPLx and USDC — are the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify the data sources the App reads and the assets it lists. CrossPair is an independent, unofficial tool; no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership is claimed or implied, and no third-party logo or brand asset is reproduced in the App.

4. Legal Compliance

CrossPair confirms that:

  • The application is distributed as a signed Android build and complies with the distribution rules of the channels it is published through.
  • All third-party libraries and open-source components used in the application are used in accordance with their respective licences.
  • The application contains no third-party copyrighted artwork, logo or brand asset.
  • No claim is made that the application or its data is accurate, complete or fit for trading decisions — see the Terms of Use.
